Draft My Documents
Individuals and families know they need an estate plan, but see it as a challenging task, unsure of where to begin. With our online process, called Estately, there is no reason to be intimidated. Estately breaks things down into small, understandable concepts as it guides you through the process.
For the majority of people, by the end of the process you will have the necessary estate documents, with no need for further consultation.
The cost is $1,500 and payment is required before you gain access. Once inside, your estate plan is completed in three easy steps.
STEP 1
Fill out your estate documents online by answering the questions provided. If you can’t complete it in one sitting, no problem. You have the ability to save as you go.
STEP 2
Print the completed documents from the convenience of your home or at an office center close by.
STEP 3
Sign your documents. Requirements for this step, such as a witness or notary, will vary from state to state. Please refer to the Estately website for further instructions.
While most individuals and families will find Estately meets their needs for the drafting of their documents, some may need help from an attorney. This can be done through Estately at an additional cost and billed in thirty minute increments. Others with very complex plans may need a different arrangement, usually quoted as a flat rate, in addition to the $1,500.
To proceed, pay the $1,500 fee through our online payment form. Then you can begin drafting your documents.
